Recording, Mixing & Mastering Services in West Yorkshire
Studio sessions are £40 per hour with a two-hour minimum. Full eight-hour days are £280, with tailored rates available for larger projects.

Recording Sessions
Flexible studio time for vocals, instruments, bands and complete projects. Every session is personally engineered by Tom and includes full use of the recording facilities.

Full-day bookings cover one continuous eight-hour studio session. Setup, breaks and changeovers are included within the booked time.

Remote Mixing & Mastering
Professional mixing and mastering wherever you are. Upload your stems securely and work directly with Tom throughout the project.

Send Your Files
Complete the short project form, prepare your files using the guidelines provided, then upload one clearly labelled ZIP folder. Your files are sent directly and securely to Moorcroft Studios — nothing is shared publicly.
Please confirm the project, price and expected turnaround with Moorcroft Studios before sending large files unless previously agreed.
Before you send
- Export labelled WAV or AIFF stems from the same start point.
- Remove mix-bus limiting and leave sensible headroom.
- Add a rough mix, references and short project notes.
- Zip everything into one clearly named folder.

Booking Policy
Before You Book
Please review our booking terms to ensure a smooth and professional experience for everyone.
Booking & Deposits
- 50% non-refundable deposit required to secure a booking.
- Your session is only confirmed once the deposit has been received.
- Deposits are paid securely by card via the Pay Deposit option on our Contact page.
- Remaining balance due on the day of the session.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
- Rescheduling available with at least 48 hours notice.
- Cancellations made within 48 hours of the session will forfeit the deposit.
- No-shows are charged at the full session fee.
Studio Guidelines
- Arrive on time to make full use of your booked session.
- Bring material prepared and ready to record.
- Respect the studio, equipment and other guests.
- Please help maintain a clean and professional environment by disposing of rubbish responsibly and avoiding unnecessary waste.
- The person making the booking accepts responsibility for anyone attending the session with them.
- Any damage to studio equipment or facilities may result in repair or replacement charges.
