Booking Policy

Before You Book

Please review our booking terms to ensure a smooth and professional experience for everyone.

Booking & Deposits

  • 50% non-refundable deposit required to secure a booking.
  • Remaining balance due on the day of the session.
  • Deposits may be paid by bank transfer or PayPal.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Rescheduling available with at least 48 hours notice.
  • Cancellations made within 48 hours of the session will forfeit the deposit.
  • No-shows are charged at the full session fee.

Studio Guidelines

  • Arrive on time to make full use of your booked session.
  • Bring material prepared and ready to record.
  • Respect the studio, equipment and other guests.
  • Please help maintain a clean and professional environment by disposing of rubbish responsibly and avoiding unnecessary waste.
  • The person making the booking accepts responsibility for anyone attending the session with them.
  • Any damage to studio equipment or facilities may result in repair or replacement charges.
